The service

txtmail.co provides an email-to-SMS notification service. When someone sends email to your txtmail address, you receive a text with a preview and a private link to view the full conversation thread. You can reply by text or through the web view. The sender receives a normal email reply.

Account and access

You must provide a valid US mobile phone number to create an account. Your phone number is verified during signup. You are responsible for maintaining control of your phone number. Account login provides access to settings and billing only. Message access happens through private links included in each text notification, not through an account-wide inbox or message archive.

SMS messaging

txtmail.co sends transactional SMS messages related to incoming email notifications and reply workflows. Messages are sent only to users who explicitly opt in during signup.

Users are not opted into promotional or marketing campaigns. Opting out of SMS (by replying STOP) disables text notifications but does not delete your account.

Message content and privacy

Email content received through your txtmail address is stored temporarily to enable thread viewing and replies. Private thread links expire after 30 days. We do not provide a searchable message history, persistent inbox, or account-wide message archive. For full details on data handling, see our privacy policy.

Free tier and credits

Free accounts include 20 inbound emails per month. Free credits reset on the 1st of each month. Additional credits can be purchased and do not expire. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit amounts with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

txtmail.co is intended for personal, transactional email use. You may not use the service to send spam, conduct phishing, or engage in any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

txtmail.co is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for missed, delayed, or undelivered messages. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by text or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
